<p>A graduate of Liverpool University, Brendan comes from an HR background. Started management career with Littlewoods Mail Order Division in 1968.  By 1971, was a qualified training officer and Associate of The Institute of Personnel Management (AIPM) &#8211; now CIPD. Personnel Manager with Philips Industries then YKK Fasteners(UK) until 1982, when he joined Dale Carnegie Training as a Training Consultant, and later being an internationally recognised instructor training with a world-wide reputation.  He set up Mentor Corporate Coaching in 1998 with partner Gill.  Brendan estimates that since 1982 he has personally been responsible for the professional training and development of over 10,000 business executives, which is his speciality.</p>
