results centred leadership programme
Scope
A spaced-learning programme for Business Owners and Business Leaders, Executives and Managers who have responsibility for the strategic planning and growth of their business and/or the performance management, supervision and coaching of other Managers / Supervisors.
Entry Qualifications:
- Document your own performance improvement goals and measures.
- Discuss and agree your performance improvement goals with your Internal Coach (line manager)
- Be free to implement changes to work procedures in between formal sessions.
Outcomes:
Leaders who are measurably better focused, more results orientated, better organised and capable of making breakthrough change in more effective performance management.
Logistics:
- Six weeks duration. One ‘formal’ session per week in the evenings, usually at a public venue. Each session is approximately 3½ hours’ duration.
- Two one-to-one Evaluation and Coaching sessions with yourself and feedback to your Internal Coach.
Graduation Conditions:
A diploma will be awarded at the end of the Programme provided the following conditions have been met:
- At least five of six formal sessions and two coaching sessions attended.
- Demonstration of progress at work observed by both your Internal Coach and the Mentor Instruction Team.
- Satisfactory completion of 4 written projects showing that progress has been made. Written projects to be deemed acceptable and implementable by both the Mentor Instruction Team and the participant’s Internal Coach, who must ’sign-off’ all projects.

NB. Although this Programme involves 4 written projects, no more than approximately 4 hours should be spent on their preparation. The Results Centred Leadership Programme is a practical, life speed, skills based Programme where personal Breakthrough progress is made through practical application of the concepts.
