The Team Development/Needs Analysis Workshop is highly participative, similar in style to ‘The Faultless Leader’ seminar, and will provide you with a graphical survey of your team’s views and development needs.  All of our workshops are both motivational as a team building exercise, and a stimulus to change and business progress.

Workshops can be tailored to the exact needs of your business.  You can book a ‘one-off’ event – ranging from one hour to a full day – or a series.
